ONLY ORDER HEAVY GOODS OVER 100KG IF YOU ARE ABLE TO OFLOAD THE ITEM AT THE DELIVERY LOCATION. PLEASE NOTE FOR GOODS OVER 100KG, THAT THE ROAD FREIGHT VEHICLES CAN NOT OFFLOAD THESE GOODS BY HAND. Delays are most frequently due to vague delivery addresses, so please give us as much info as possible to prevent delays. Outlaying farther areas outside of main centers may in some rare instances take longer than our 6 business days time frame.
In the event of delays where we speculate it to take longer we will notify you on the progress. This is not a guarantee but a best effort service but for the majority of orders placed within a business day week (Monday to Friday) will always be delivered within 4 - 6 business days with the majority being completed in that time. Larger orders (orders with more than 1 item) might be sent the next business day.
Fastway for items less than 30 kg and MDS Collivery for items heavier than 30 kg. Orders placed before 15:00 on a Business day (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) are usually shipped out the next business day with our shipping partners.
